Jeshi la Zimamoto FRF Recruitment Portal is a web-based application system designed to be used by customers (users) to access the system using a computer or mobile phone with an internet connection.

Login to the System
Login Page
To log in, you must have defined credentials that are a username and password. The system can be accessed through the URL ajira.zimamoto.go.tz
Login has got three functional links; these are.

Sign-up button
The registration form contains four main subforms. These sub-forms are:
- National Identification Number
- NIDA is conducting questions and answers.
- Verification for the users
- Registration for the Users
Now Follow the following steps to register:
- Click Sign Up button
- Enter your National Identification Number (NIDA) and click Submit NIN
- Answer verification questions correctly and click submit answer. The system will offer a number of questions to proceed, given that two of them are answered correctly.
- After successful Nida verifications, your details will be displayed as shown below, and then you will be directed to complete registration.
- After you have completed registration, you will be asked to enter your email, create a password, and click Submit.
After you have submitted your email and password, the system will send a verification link to your email Then, log in to your email inbox to verify your email as shown below. Note: If the email verification link is not found in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Login
- Once registration is complete, go back to the registration page.
- On the right side of the login page, click the Login button.
- Enter your username (email) and password, then click the Login button.
Adding academic qualification
At the left side of your homepage Click Academic Qualifications.
- Click the Add Academic qualifications button
- Select Education Level and continue filling in required details.
– For Form Four and Form Six education levels, you will then be required to enter your Form Four or Form Six index number in this format S3645-0046, then add your graduation year at the provided field and click fetch. Now your results will be fetched, then click confirm and save.
For other levels, you will be required to upload your scanned certificates and transcripts (below 700 kb) and click add Education - The system will fetch results, and you have to confirm and save.
Adding other qualifications:
The following steps will be followed when adding other qualifications:
- Click Other qualifications Button
- Click the qualifications button and fill in the required details and Submit
Working Experience
Follow the following steps to add working experiences.
- Click work experience, then Add item.
- Fill in the required details. If you are still working at the organization, tick ‘I work here.’ If not, leave it unticked.” Then add experience.
- Now your working experience will be added
Job Application
To apply for a job, follow the following procedures.
- On the top left side of your homepage, click the ‘Find Job’ button.
- Now scroll up and down to search for your desired job
- Select the job of your interest and click the Apply for Job button.
- Upload the requested documents and click apply for job

- Once shortlisting is complete, you will receive an email notification informing you of your application status.
