Main Responsibilities:

  • Through client visits, sales, and retention, the portfolio’s expansion (assets, liabilities, investment products, and insurance) occurs.
  • Oversee portfolio movement reports for both the team they lead and themselves, and respond to any irregularities they find.
  • We are focused on retaining clients and optimizing their benefits by cross-selling pertinent NMB items in the market.
  • minimizing risk exposures and effects while managing the portfolio in accordance with KYC and AML
  • Manage customer expectations and guarantee service quality across the portfolio by efficiently and promptly responding to inquiries, grievances, and correspondence in accordance with service operational standards.
  • Help and mentor other bank staff members (bank officers and relationship officers) on how to deal with customers that use private banking.
  • Maintain an efficient call program for all assigned prospects and connections. It is necessary to record and file the calls.
  • Keep up with the speed at which new products and services are being developed and provide recommendations for the best ways to enhance what is offered to private banking customers.
  • To boost the NMB brand’s reputation in the marketplace, plan or suggest quarterly events for the region’s clients to increase engagement and strengthen relationships.
  • Interview potential clients for initial screening and stay up to date on their pertinent documentation.
  • Understanding the rules and regulations governing all bank services and products and being flexible enough to adjust to new developments in technology and client sophistication.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • comprehensive understanding of bank operations, products, laws, and target markets for private banking customers
  • Extensive understanding of the demands of private banking clients and the capacity to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Outstanding abilities in client management
  • Outstanding interpersonal, networking, and communication abilities

Qualifications and Experience:
