Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the network’s implementation of digital banking strategies to increase sales of digital products while making sure that the degree of execution adheres to the bank’s strategy.
- Collaborate with all bank departments, such as retail products, sales, and service, to develop and provide a comprehensive end-to-end customer experience for online banking.
- Create, suggest, and disseminate key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the strategic orientation of the digital banking industry.
- Is in charge of the monthly performance evaluations of the KPIs for digital products across all branches and zones.
- Coach, assist, and manage the field teams (NMB Wakala, direct sales staff, and digital channels ambassadors).
- For the digital sales task taskforce, create goals and conduct regular performance reviews and assessments.
- Create strategic road maps, also known as route plans, for DCA visits to educational institutions, places of worship, and other important areas.
- Plan and carry out training for NMB Wakala, Digital Channels Ambassadors, and branch employees on any new projects in the Digital Sales division.
- Organize how the business, operations, technology, and all other stakeholders will implement the product.
- Conduct market research and offer market analysis to support the expansion of digital products.
- In close collaboration with the marketing division, create campaigns and promotions.
- Assist the Technology and Retail Products team in managing digital product projects, including pilots and tests.

- Broad understanding of Alternative Channels
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Project management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal skills and stakeholder’ management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, banking, finance, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- Five years or more of sales experience, with three of those years spent in a leadership position in the banking, microfinance, or mobile network operator (MNO) sectors.
- It is essential to have a track record of hitting or surpassing sales goals.
- It will be advantageous to have prior experience with field team management, FMCG operations, indirect sales, or vendor support management.
