Key Responsibilities/Duties

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop engaging content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, social media, and website updates.
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all communication channels.

Media & Public Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media

Internal Communication

• Assist in crafting internal memos, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure seamless communication within the organization.

Social Media & Digital Engagement

• Manage company social media accounts, create content, and monitor engagement. -Analyze performance metrics and optimize communication strategies 

Event & Campaign Management

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, sponsorships, and PR campaigns. – Develop promotional materials and liaise with vendors

Job Requirement

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in the English language is preferred.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or a related role or similar role.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing (a plus).
• Technical Skills:
  • Office Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  •  Social media and digital marketing knowledge
  •  Excellent Public speaking and presentation skills
  •  Strong Strategic thinking and creativity
  •  Excellent PR and media relations expertise
  • Crisis management knowledge.
