Customers may charge the batteries they use to power their houses at the company’s solar-powered stores, known as hubs. One hub provides services to hundreds of families. To manage the service, the company hires women from each Jaza community, enabling the Jaza team to become leaders, business owners, and catalysts for local economic development.
Execution Operations
- Data & Information Gathering and Evaluation

- Task together with regional teams to establish precise, benchmarked task scopes and implementable plans for success.
- Oversee and ensure that regional teams finish their assigned tasks as efficiently and effectively as feasible.
- Verify compliance with quality standards and organizational goals.
Monitoring and Addressing Executional KPIs and Quality Problems
- Track the key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with the execution of tasks.
- Examine variations from quality requirements and suggest workable solutions.
Operational Quality Control

Training and Development
- Conduct training sessions to equip team members with necessary operational workflows, inspection techniques, corrective action protocols, and reporting structures

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures tailored to execution operations
- Ensure 100% adherence to quality assurance policies by regional team members
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and safety regulations
Safety Regulations and Standards Compliance
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during execution activities
- Implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- A business administration bachelor’s degree or a similar discipline.
- Five years or more of experience in quality assurance, ideally in the energy sector or a similar field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with the capacity to examine data, spot patterns, and derive insightful conclusions. It is quite desirable to be proficient with data analysis tools, such as Excel and spreadsheets.
- Thorough knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs), best practices, and operating procedures.
- Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking. the capacity to establish solid working connections and interact with a variety of teams, including technical, managerial, and regional ones.
- Fundamental knowledge of project management techniques and concepts.
- Expertise with pertinent software programs, such as Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Strong dedication to ongoing development, taking the initiative to find and apply process improvements.
